LoadingPlan the shift from oil rents to services as strategy files—not a consulting-firm job.
Online & New Capital Campus

Oil-to-services strategy fails when a country slogan is treated as a firm capability. This degree starts with what a family enterprise or public agency can actually sell: maintenance, logistics, professional services, and digital operations that still need Arabic clients. You will treat GCC localisation, labour mobility, and Islamic finance sleeves as strategy constraints, not as CSR colour. You will write a bilingual board choice memo, interrogate vendor transformation theatre, and keep attestation of overseas MBAs as not evaluation of whether a services P&L can run. The award is academic. It is not a dealing licence, not UN climate employment, and not fake accreditation as a national transformation college. It is for managers who must keep diversification honest when the press release has already used the word post-oil. You will map a services P&L a family firm can run when rents tighten, write a bilingual board choice between maintenance, logistics, and professional services, and refuse consultancy-framework theatre. Localisation and Islamic finance sleeves are constraints. Public-agency paths are compared without promising a transformation college. Tuition-free online. No NOC, McKinsey-style, or LAS logos in photography. MSc Oil-to-Services Strategy is taught as one award, not a list of unrelated modules. The published length is 4 Semesters (2 Years), and the credit total is 36. Students move from What Can Be Sold when Rents Tighten through What Can Be Sold when Rents Tighten; Maintenance, Logistics, and Professional Services; Digital Operations with Arabic Clients; Localisation and Labour Mobility; Islamic Finance Sleeves in Services; Vendor Transformation Theatre, and finish on Ethics of Post-Oil Press Releases. Each course has a question, a method, and a submission. In this field, students diagnose one organisation and carry a decision through to a recommendation. Reading is a case, a short financial extract, and a stakeholder note. The artefact a marker expects is a consulting brief a manager could use. The award is built so that a graduate can do the following in practice: Map oil-adjacent capability that can be sold as services Write EN+AR board choice memos Treat localisation and Islamic finance as constraints Teaching assumes the student can read a source, attempt a problem before the seminar, and revise after feedback. Attendance at live seminars is part of the design. The capstone or final course must use the methods of the earlier courses; a project that ignores them does not pass. The pages for each course name the topics that are examined. Those topics are the syllabus. A brochure line is not a substitute for them.
Thirty-six credits: capability maps, services P&L literacy, bilingual board choices, and a strategy-file capstone. Tuition-free online. No NOC or consultancy logos.

By the end, students can diagnose one organisation and carry a decision through to a recommendation, using What Can Be Sold when Rents Tighten as the working context rather than a generic management example. The course is taught in three movements. First, students establish the terms and the decision the course is about. Second, they apply the method to a case, dataset, text, or design and compare it with a weaker alternative. Third, they revise the work after feedback and state what the conclusion cannot support. Preparation uses a case, a short financial extract, and a stakeholder note. Seminar time is for the decision, not for reading the materials aloud. Assessment is a consulting brief a manager could use. A pass requires a clear method, evidence a marker can check, and an explicit limit. Credit is not awarded for summary alone.
